We cater for special events such as Bachelorette and Bridal Parties, Private Parties, Client Outings, Corporate Events and Tea Parties.

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

APPOINTMENT BOOKING: When you book your appointment with us, you will be asked for your details to hold your scheduled time. All sessions, treatments or service times include consultation and/or assessment procedures. To make the most of your therapy, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.

LATE ARRIVALS: In the event that you are running late, we will endeavour to conduct your
full treatment, however, please note that the treatment may be shortened if the therapist has another booking immediately afterwards. Spa 216 has reserved the service time for you and therefore has had to decline other customer business for that particular service time at the spa.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Please inform us as soon as possible if you need to make a change to your appointment. We have reserved this time exclusively for your treatment, and need time to fill your spot with another appointment. We require a minimum of 24 hours cancellation notice prior to your visit to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the cost of services booked.

PAYMENT

We gladly accept Cash, all major credit cards including Master Card, Visa and Debit Cards. We also accept all payments accessible with our Mtn Mobile Money Account.

Gift vouchers are valid for ninety (90) days from date of purchase and cannot be redeemed for cash. Each gift card is void and cannot be redeemed after its expiry date.
